ATM Card

Start banking on your own schedule by enrolling in our FREE Automated Teller Machine (ATM) program. HPECU’s ATM card gives you 24/7 access to your checking and/or savings account. Use your ATM card to withdraw cash, transfer funds between your checking and savings account, or verify current balances on your accounts.

Members receive seven FREE withdrawals per month on the share draft checking account. Additional withdrawals will incur a $1.00 fee.

To obtain an ATM card simply download an application and drop it in the mail or bring it to the branch.

Bank at home, on vacation, or even from your car! Access to your HPECU accounts is only a phone call away. With HPECU’s CALL24 Audio Response Line, you can get information on account balances, deposits, withdrawals, current interest rates and much more 24/7. Call 860-529-1234.

Direct Deposit of Net Pay & Payroll Allotment

Direct Deposit is a simple, safe and secure way to deposit your paycheck or a portion of your paycheck into your account electronically. Enrolling in direct deposit means you never have to go to the credit union to make a deposit. Your money will always be in your account (s) on time and you don’t have to worry about lost, stolen or misplaced checks. And, since it’s deposited faster you begin earning dividends sooner if you have a dividend bearing checking account.

The United States Postal Services provides two safe, simple and secure methods of establishing or changing Direct Deposit to your account at the credit union:

  • LiteBlue – an internet-based enrollment system
  • PostalEase – a telephone-based enrollment system which can be accessed toll-free at 877-477-3273.

Your direct deposit can further be allocated to one or more of your sub accounts such as an IRA, Money Market, Christmas Club or Vacation Club.

Home Banking with Bill Pay

HPECU offers home banking FREE to all members. Take care of your accounts and pay your bills 24/7 from the comfort of your computer at home, office or on the road. Home banking allows you to obtain the following information from your home Internet connection:
